Roger has been working on developing innovative sustainable energy systems for over 15 years. He is a founding employee of Arenko, on the front line of Battery Energy Storage for over 10 years. He has been a formative part of the BESS industry in the UK working on designing, building and operating the first BESS systems in the UK. As the CTO of Arenko he is responsible for the design of the Nimbus software platform which supports asset owners to trade and manage large portfolios of flexible assets. Currently operating over 1GW of BESS and Hybrid systems in the UK and processing 7Bn data points a day into action through automation and actionable insights for stakeholders.
