Richard has over 20 years of experience in the renewables sector, spanning onshore and offshore wind, solar PV, energy storage and green hydrogen. As Executive Director at OWC, he leads global growth and technical delivery across onshore technologies, including energy storage. Richard has directed over 1,000 projects worldwide, including utility-scale battery storage, expert witness roles, and multi-gigawatt due diligence portfolios in various markets globally. Richard has previously led both energy storage directly as well as a performance team which included technical and commercial asset management roles as well as a number of failure investigation and independent expert/expert witness roles. He lives in Brighton, UK.
